At Dibiz, we believe that successful digital transformation starts with the right people. Our recruitment process is designed to be transparent, collaborative, and efficient, ensuring that both our team and potential candidates have a seamless experience.​

1. Application Submission

Candidates can apply directly through our Careers Page by filling out the application form and attaching their resume. Upon submission, an applicant card is automatically created in our Odoo Recruitment app, capturing all relevant information.

2. Initial Screening

Our HR team reviews each application to assess alignment with the role's requirements. Qualified candidates are moved to the "Initial Qualification" stage, where we may send out a pre-interview questionnaire to gather more insights.

3. First Interview

Selected candidates are invited for a first interview, focusing on their experience, skills, and cultural fit. Odoo's integrated calendar allows candidates to self-schedule interviews at their convenience. ​

4. Second Interview (if applicable)

Depending on the role, a second interview may be conducted to delve deeper into technical competencies or to meet with additional team members.​

5. Offer Proposal

Successful candidates receive a formal offer through Odoo, detailing the role, compensation, and other pertinent information. The offer can be reviewed and signed electronically, streamlining the process. ​

6. Onboarding

Once the offer is accepted, our onboarding process begins. New hires are provided with the necessary tools, resources, and introductions to ensure a smooth transition into their new role.​

Throughout each stage, our team maintains open communication, providing updates and feedback to ensure candidates feel valued and informed.​
